This hotel is located in a great spot near the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sand and sun. Some rooms offer a lovely view of the sea. Though basic, the rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Other restaurants and shops are conveniently located nearby, making it easy to find everything you need.
There are some issues with room cleanliness that can be improved.

We stayed for four nights and our late 11pm arrival was accommodated with ease. We greatly appreciated the attentive and helpful staff, especially Fah. Our clean and affordable room on the fourth floor had a decent view of the sea and was conveniently located near the beach and various amenities. the hotel's location and staff made our stay enjoyable and hassle-free.
All was good.

Stayed at a hotel for Easter and it wasn't the best. Found two ants crawling around but didn't think much of it. The room was Thai style but it was okay since it was a cultural experience. The key location of the hotel was good, easy access to a nearby restaurant.
The worst aspects were plentiful. The staff was hardly seen and it was understood that they were struggling to get the business up and running.

Had a decent stay over Christmas, the place was conveniently located close to the beach, great starting point to quickly jump into the action. the price was a bargain, which helped to stretch our budget. No issues checking in, the caretaker spoke English well, and that made it easy to communicate with them.
The place was not very well-managed and they were severely understaffed. the room cleaning was infrequent, and we were only given one set of towels for the whole stay.

Great location along the main beach road, very close to the beach. Decent sea view from the fourth floor. Reasonable price and smooth check-in/out process. Excellent English communication with caretaker/owner Mr. Jack.
Nothing, everything was great.
